KoreanAmericanStory.org is proud to announce our third annual ROAR Story Slam - to shine a spotlight on the best Korean American stories and storytellers!


In 2019, we are taking the show on the road and holding local events in NYC, LA and Chicago. Chicago is our final destination with six storytelling finalists in a live competition with cash awards, food and drink, a special comedy stand-up performance, expert judging from a distinguished panel, all hosted by our emcee.


Doors open at 6:30PM
Show starts promptly at 7:30PM

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
While this event is all ages, people who wish to drink alcohol must present a photo ID at the door to receive a wristband.


Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately no. The event space is on the second floor.
